I believe in the healing power of the living God and in His desire for us to become the people we were created to be. Further, I believe that people’s lives are often a reflection of their desire to move toward wholeness. However, this may be expressed in misdirected or ineffective ways at times.
Sometimes though, no matter how hard we try to change on our own, we can benefit from reaching out for support, encouragement, and guidance we desperately need. Therapy can be a helpful means of putting the pieces together to reach personal goals in a safe, confidential, warm, and supportive environment. The presence of the Holy Spirit, with the collaborative efforts of client and therapist, can bring about wondrous change and refreshment in life’s journey. What is stopping you?!
