What is the cost for therapy?

  • My rate is $150 per 50-minute session.

What insurance do you accept?

I am an in-network provider for Tricare. For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I am willing to submit claims on your behalf or I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I can take credit or debit cards, most HSA and FSA cards, as well as cash or check.

What paperwork will I need to complete?

When it has been determined that we will work together, you will receive a link to log into your HIPPA-compliant client portal where it will be populated with the forms required for us to meet. These include the legal documents that you will need to read and give your e-signature to before I can meet with you, as well other documents that allow me to learn of your history for the purposes of our work.

What is your cancellation policy? 

I have a lot of grace for emergencies that arise and illness that occurs that would interfere with our meeting and thus, there is no charge for these rare occurrences. I do give everyone what I call one free “oops” a year, that is if you have accidentally double-booked yourself or you forget to cancel within the required 24-hours, then I won’t charge you for that first missed appointment. Beyond the first missed session without the required cancellation notice, you will be charged your session fee for any other missed sessions.
